The latest installment in the “Operation Midnight Madness” series will be a multiplayer-based, multiplayer-only game with “no singleplayer campaign or multiplayer modes,” the publisher announced on Tuesday.
The game will be available to download for free through Steam on May 15, the publisher said.
The game will also be available for purchase on the publisher’s website.
The full game will include 30 to 60 multiplayer-exclusive levels, as well as five new missions that will feature players fighting off waves of attackers from multiple factions.
The maps will be made from the ground up for the game, and will be playable in a “true 3D space,” according to the publisher.
